Globe Café provides the opportunity for international students studying in Newcastle upon Tyne to meet both locals and other students in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Newcastle.
The Globe Café is organised by Friends International and run by Christians who live locally and who want to help you feel more at home in this city during your time here. You don’t have to be a Christian to come along and we have a great tradition of welcoming people from all countries and religions to the Globe.
We meet at Jesmond Parish Church which is next to Jesmond Metro station. Click here for a map.
The café meets from 7pm–9:30pm on Mondays during term time. A meal is available at 7pm for a small charge. Refreshments and entry to the café is free.
