We are supporting the national and local effort to share information about the latest guidance relating to Covid-19, in particular to get messages out to communities across the area, including reaching different language and cultural communities, through networks and intermediaries.
Since last year, we have been sharing the national toolkits, which can be used by organisations working with communities, with a wide range of communications assets, links and information for social media and resources in different languages.

The toolkit includes:
- Information and assets to share with parents in advance of schools and colleges reopening
- 16-17 year olds being eligible for vaccination, links for booking a vaccine
- A film narrated by Dr Emeka Okorocha about Covid 19 experiences of young people, for sharing
- Films in community languages about disinformation, myths and falsehoods relating to vaccines – videos are available in Albanian, Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, English, Farsi, Gujarati, Hindi, Kurdish, Nepali, Polish, Punjabi (Indian and Pakistani), Romanian, Somali, Spanish, Tagalog and Urdu
- Links to videos on Long Covid in South Asian Languages (Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu, Tamil and Sylheti) and videos of dctors talking about vaccines and immunosuppression and transplants and myths about vaccines
- Recommendations for people returning from festivals to get a test
- Information and links to guides in different formats and languages about how to do a rapid lateral flow test at home and how to book a PCR test for those with symptoms
