Boys in Languages research project (Year 10 Survey)

Secondary schools in the North East and the Midlands are being offered the opportunity to take part in a survey of Year 10 pupils to explore why fewer boys choose languages as a subject and why they frequently do less well than girls.

Durham and Warwick Universities’ Schools of Modern Languages and Cultures have joined forces to undertake the research. Schools who would like to take part are asked to complete this expression of interest online form by 7th March.

You can find out more about the project online here.
