This event is open to schools and individuals in the North East and across the UK. The target group are school pupils from the age of 13-18 and undergraduate university students. You may wish to prioritize year groups which are selecting GCSE or A-Level.

The Roadshow is an information day for career and study opportunities with German to motivate children and young people to understand the relevance of German language skills. The programme will include:

  • Exhibition stands of German organisations and German/international companies
  • Interactive workshops, panel discussions and talks around the topic “Career and study opportunities with German”
  • Presentations by companies, young professionals and students
  • Information on study opportunities with German
  • Quiz with fantastic prizes and much more.

The full roadshow programme and information on travel and logistics will be made available to 1-2 weeks before the roadshow. Workshops will be color-coded to make it clear which age group and level a workshop is aimed at.
