Young people aged between 16-19 from the UK and Germany who have a shared interest in cooking are invited to apply to participate in an online cooking extravaganza!
Green Sauce is a live-streamed cooking show that happens once every season, in Spring, Summer and Autumn supported by the Goethe Institut. Led by the chef Judah London and with special guests, 30 young people will cook together online and then share their food in a private virtual dining room. Turn on the stoves, join the community of kitchen lovers, and discover some delicious German words!
Our partners at the Goethe Institut in London are sharing this opportunity for young people aged 16-19 who love cooking (no prior knowledge of German is needed).

Step 1: Send your recipe
We will select 2 recipes – one main course and a dessert – to create the cooking menu of the show. The authors of those recipes will be part of the episode, but all the recipes will be featured on our website and our Instagram!
Apply to participate in the show by sending a video application. Be ready for the camera! You will be sharing your favorite recipe: the name, ingredients, prep time and steps.

Eat together
All you need to participate in the live show (either your recipe wins or not) is access to a kitchen, the ingredients for the recipes, a computer with a webcam, stable internet connection and the latest version of Google Chrome.

After all the cooking is done, you will meet the chef, the guests and the other participants in a private virtual dining room. Chat, share your passion for food, and, of course, for German and English words!
