Just the Ticket is a crowdfunding initiative running until 11th April to raise funds to support over 500 asylum seekers in Newcastle, housed in temporary hotel accommodation, to access services across the city, from health to legal support and language classes.
Every £5 raised will provide a travel pass for vulnerable asylum seekers and every donation will be matched by the National Emergency Trust Local Action Fund. Over £6,000 has been raised already and the target is £10,000. All donations are very much appreciated.
