International Newcastle is a supporter of Islamophobia Awareness Month (IAM), who have shared a new comprehensive guide created by the Muslim Friendly Employers (MFE) for employers on Hajj and Eid, aimed at fostering an inclusive workplace.
The guide covers key considerations and best practices to support employees during these important religious observances. By utilising this resource you will promote cultural understanding and boost employee satisfaction.
