International Newcastle is delighted to welcome two new Directors to join our Board: Eric Donjon and Hélder Costa.
Eric has decades of international business experience and serves as Honorary French Consul for the region and Hélder is an international postgraduate student, who has been active in advocating and developing the youth voice in the region.
We will be holding a further round of recruitment in the New Year, specifically to reflect the diverse international and Black and Minority Ethnic communities in our city. Do get in touch if you are interested.

At a time when maintaining and growing international relations for our city are so important, we are delighted to welcome Eric and Hélder to the board of International Newcastle.
Their considerable experience in international exchange, promotion and representation brings huge value the strategic development of our programme.

It’s a pleasure to be joining such a fantastic organisation and be a part of bringing global opportunities to the youth of Newcastle.
With the global pandemic and the expected financial crisis that is to come, this is a key moment to incentivize our younger generations at looking to the world outside and feeling like they belong, and that they can make a change.
I am really excited to bring a younger voice to the table and I hope I can support International Newcastle in delivering on their mission, our mission.

I am delighted to have been appointed to the board of International Newcastle.
I have been working with International Newcastle increasingly over the last two years around international relations.
I am looking forward to sharing my international experience coupled with my position as honorary Consul for France to support our international exposure and bring novel ideas to the table.
